| THE OLD NWP WAS SHUT DOWN IN 1998 |
The North Coast Railroad Authority (NCRA) is proposing to resume rail service over the Russian River Division (RRD) of the Northwestern Pacific Railroad (NWP). The NWP is an existing railroad that has provided rail service dating back to the early 1900’s.
